KBS Meeting October 31st

The meeting this Saturday has been moved to October 31th. Soil will be finalized on this day.

November meeting is Nov 14th.

Mauro’s workshop on November 21th has been cancelled. COVID-19.

I have arranged a workshop day on November 21th for us. This will be free to all Members. You can bring 2-3 trees max. It will be from 10-6. Tom Duong has graciously accepted to come to help and critique your trees.
We will work on trees and each one can bring your tree up and Tom will help critique your tree for you.

Mark Your Calendars! 5th Annual Knox Asian Festival

Join KBS at the 5th Annual Knox Asian Festival.  We will have 20-30 trees on display in the center of Knoxville’s beautiful Market Square.

Feb 10th – Monthly Meeting

Fall/Winter and upcoming 2018 Schedule

Thanks Dat, for sharing your fall colors!  A few announcements for 2017 below, and be sure to check the upcoming 2018 Schedule

  • Azalea workshop has been postponed until Jan. 6th.  Keep azaleas out of freezing, trees must be dormant and above 35 degrees.  If you have an unheated garage, cold frame or bldg, would be best.
  • December 9th is the KBS Christmas Party!  KBS will provide a honey baked ham. Please bring a side dish or dessert.
  • 2018 Dues are DUE!  $20 individual, $30 family.  Bring to upcoming workshop or KBS Christmas Party
  • Planning for 2018 Winter show will be held at the KBS Christmas party, please plan on attending.
